Chevin/Otley walk

June 21 turned out to be a nice evening and the longest day,not wanting to waste it I went up on the Chevin to see if the Orchids were out in the little meadow field I was not disappointed.

The little meadow was full of wild flowers and the sun was shining across the field.

The birds were singing,this Blackbird found the highest tree.

Sat for a while watching the sun through the clouds and looking at the amazing view from the top of the Chevin

Back along the track people were on the rock enjoying the view and having a pick-nick.

The sun was still shining,so walked right down to the far end of Chevin park to see the Cottongrass.
